Thanks to Amber and the Sons team my purchase last week went smooth and I love the CR-V I bought! The first day I shopped for a car I stopped at Sons to browse and check out their inventory. Amber greeted me, was very pleasant, and listened carefully to everything I said. She showed me several vehicles and I was very impressed of her knowledge about each one. Before I left that day I told Amber I'd just started car shopping and was going to check out some other places before buying. While I checked out other cars from other dealers and on-line, I thought about my experience at Sons Honda. A couple of days later I found myself right back at Sons talking with Amber and purchased my CR-V! It had a low tire pressure light on and the service dept. was closed. Amber assured me that if I'd bring it back on Monday morning she would get this checked out and fixed quickly. And she most certainly did! Would I recommend Sons Honda of McDonough? Certainly! More

Next stop....better business bureau. They are happy and friendly until they get what they want at anyone's expense. Since this car was going to be my "semi-forever" car, I wanted on Than you for making our car-buying experience at Sons Honda the best it could be! Since this car was going to be my "semi-forever" car, I wanted one that received high marks with IIHS and had exceptional fuel economy. However, I didn't want to skimp on aesthetics, options, or engine power and that is why I decided on the Honda CR-V. I began my internet search with certain features and exterior/interior colors and I found the perfect match at Sons Honda. I inquired online about the vehicle with a few questions and Mr. Joe Headley promptly responded with a very cordial email and addressed each one very clearly and in detail. Mr. Headley and I were able to negotiate a price, as well, and setup a test-drive (Saturday 8/18/18). Living 82 miles from your dealership and trying to allow for the unpredictable Atlanta traffic, we arrived 1.5 hours ahead of our scheduled test-drive. Mr. Headley greeted us and apologized several times for being involved with another customer at that time. We explained that it was completely understandable, as we arrived so far ahead of our scheduled appointment time, and that we didn't mind waiting until he was available. Even though we told him we understood his situation and didn't mind waiting, he did not want us to have to wait. So, he introduced us to Miss Saloni Prajapati. Miss Saloni was just as courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable as Mr. Headley. Prior to the test-drive, she covered every feature and option very thoroughly. She also showed us how many of the features work during the test-drive. I am the nervous type and her bubbly personality and warm smiles made the test-drive an enjoyable one :) Negotiating the trade-in of our other vehicle was also smooth and speedy, as was completing the purchasing paperwork and making payment. The 2018 Honda CR-V Touring that we purchased is, by far, the nicest vehicle I've ever owned. I am very excited and very grateful to be at a point in my life to own such a nice vehicle. Mr. Headley and Miss Saloni just extended that excitement for me throughout the entire process! I appreciate them and all who assisted us in our purchase. With such a exceptional staff, I will certainly recommend Sons Honda to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More
