Awful except salesman Derrick I bought my car march 2016 ,got extended warranty the guy didn't explain the warranty had to get work done the warranty had ran out was told the warra I bought my car march 2016 ,got extended warranty the guy didn't explain the warranty had to get work done the warranty had ran out was told the warranty was 24 mths.didnt say 24 mth or 24000 miles sure enough the miles came before the mths. My daughter bought a her first car here. Sunny was great! We were researching from Alabama while our daughter was in college and we wanted to get a safe car. Started great turned terrible I came to buy an accord coupe on February 28th met with Kevin and Marcel both of which were great and we worked out a deal. Even Ashley durr was great. Today on March 1st I come to pick up the car, it was not detailed as promised, certain things were not completed and a second key was not present as I was told yesterday there was a second key. So after asking for a second key the sales person gets his manager of which I didn't get his name. After asking for the key I was told they had. The manager says they don't have it and that he would "rather not sell the car then cut another key" and the car "will sell even if I don't buy it" this is terrible customer service and has ruined my experience with this dealership. I will be sure not to recommend and tell people about my experience with Sons Honda. More
