I just bought a 2013 Ridgeline from Sons Honda, and WOW, what a great experience! I shopped around and ran into all the usual scams at other dealerships (price going up, high pressure to buy right now, wan what a great experience! I shopped around and ran into all the usual scams at other dealerships (price going up, high pressure to buy right now, wanting hundreds of dollars to look for the vehicle I wanted, being switched from one sales person to another to keep me confused, etc.). None of that nonsense at Sons. Mohamed answered my questions clearly and directly and gave me a no nonsense price right away, even beat the buying service I was going to use, all over email. When I arrived at the dealership, everything was exactly as promised. Mohamed's sales partner, BJ, jumped right in so we wouldn't have to wait for Mohamed to finish with another customer. No confusion, no contradictory information, no pressure. The whole team stayed late to complete our sale. I went home with a smile on my face and it hasn't faded yet! We stopped by Sons Honda earlier this week to test drive a CRV. We had not intended to purchase a car that day; however, Dayo Bello and Cathy Miller went above and beyond to meet all of my husband's demand a CRV. Prior to arriving at the dealership, he had done research and had a price in mind for the car. Although our figures did not jibe initially with the Dayo's and Cathy's, they met us half way and we traded my old car and purchased the CRV. We traded with Sons of Honda for what we thought would be a smooth transition. Where instead it has been one problem after another. They lost our house keys and other car key when we gave them our key chain a smooth transition. Where instead it has been one problem after another. I live over 100 miles from the dealership so we called them and they couldn't find my keys. We had to also stay on them about our Tag, Title and the Money that they owed us that was promised on a "WE OWE" Paper. I wouldn't recommend them nor would I deal with them again. More
