Pathetic customer service! ! I purchased a certified Honda that wasn’t inspected properly! It has multiple mechanical issues that still aren’t fixed! It sat at the dealership fo ! I purchased a certified Honda that wasn’t inspected properly! It has multiple mechanical issues that still aren’t fixed! It sat at the dealership for about 40 days. I was told they couldn’t make a 150000 mile car new and they had a lot of cars to work on not just mine! The interior trim was covered with grease and after 4 tries it’s not fixed! They did offer me $2500 less than I paid for it when I told them I didn’t want a car with problems! They said it was worth $2500 less after it had been at the dealership the whole time. Management staff basically called me a liar! If this place owes you something get it in writing or they may forget and treat you like your money and time doesn’t matter! More
