Bamboozled I was told that there was an 80,000 warranty on my vehicle, I purchased the vehicle with 46,*** miles on it. After reviewing my paper work I was charg I was told that there was an 80,000 warranty on my vehicle, I purchased the vehicle with 46,*** miles on it. After reviewing my paper work I was charged $1,900 for the warranty that I was told was already on there. When I left the dealership I asked the finance manager after all was said and done how much I was paying for the vehicle, he said $17,000, when in reality it’s almost $23,000 so basically I bought a $13,300 vehicle and I’m paying $23,000 and my apr is only 8.6%. More

After calling to confirm the car I was interested in was there, I was scheduled for an "appointment" to Janessa, Jamie and Maurice (Morris?) CROOKS!! After calling to confirm the car I was interested in was there, I was scheduled for an "appointment" to look at the car. I was Assured the car was available and would be Ready for me to see and test drive upon my arrival. I received a follow-up, confirmation text from Janessa. THEN after driving 60 Miles from Kennesaw, they treated me as if I had just wandered in off the street. The car Wasn't ready. They acted like I Hadn't called ahead and I was just there to shop... Bottom line, after wasting an Hour there filling out forms, looking over my current vehicle for trade-in and Trying to get them to show me the car I came all that way to see-turns out-" Whoops "!! That car had "gone to auction " just the day before! But they Assured me that they could get me into another car that day! More

Stressful, pushing, and pure pressure. I went in a few days ago and it was anything but a wonderful experience. Found the car I wanted at the right price, but I was chased off by the consta I went in a few days ago and it was anything but a wonderful experience. Found the car I wanted at the right price, but I was chased off by the constant questions of financing even though I wanted to pay cash. Every other dealership I've had a positive experience with but this one. The Product Specialist were all in a rush to get to me, almost knocking each other down as they came toward me. They didn't let me take my time with the car, they just stood there and went on about financing options which I made clear at that point I didn't want to do or hear about. It was a very uncomfortable experience. A real car dealership doesn't push sales on clients, that runs them off. The way you make a comfortable car sale is you allow the client to take their time with the vehicle. Approach them and start talking about the car. Talk about specs on it and mileage or key features. Then I would advice you let the client take it on a brief test drive, and let them mess around with the vehicle a little bit, let them get to know the car. You should always make sure your clients are comfortable with the vehicle first and that they know the vehicle first before talking about payment options. Maybe then your client would be willing to work with you more and possibly give you more money for the vehicle. And if they say they will comeback, get a phone number or email so you can check in on them and make sure they still want to purchase your vehicle. That's just what I would personally advise to any future Product Specialist/Salesman trying to sell a car. Just make sure your clients are comfortable with the vehicle before anything!!! That's how I like my experiences to go. It's not always about making a quick buck, it's about working with your clients and making sure you make them as comfortable as possible so that way they will comeback to you in the future for future purchases and who knows, they may even refer a family member. But I wouldn't recommend this dealership for any vehicle purchase. You are better off going to a Cronic dealership in Griffin or even dealers in Fayetteville. Their service is always great and Cronic is where I ended up buying my vehicle. Hope I can help. More

No pressure! Tie Hill helped us on a Friday and was polite with no pressure. We did not make a decision then because we were just starting to look for a car. We went to a different KIA dealership in another town. The salesman was pushy and helping another customer as well as us. We called Tie, who gave us more car for the same price as the other dealership. He explained the features of the car and it was a pleasure working with him. I'd refer Tie and KIA in McDonough to anyone looking for a great salesman and dealership. More
