I have been getting my car serviced here for almost 10 years and the last couple of years it has gone down. I went there to get an oil change and the next day my check oil light came on which was not on when I took it there. When I went back to check what the issue was seeing how it wasn't there prior to their "alleged" service. They came up with $5000 dollars worth of repairs that were coincidently all related to the oil. such as turbo engine oil leaks etc. When I asked why didn't you find all of these leeks seeing how you were just under there doing the oil change? The answer I was given was "it was bad timing" I have made an official complaint with corporate regarding the poor, sub-par, and unprofessional service. They then tried to charge me a $179 diagnostic fee for looking at a problem that was caused by them. When I asked to speak to the manager the young lady named Ebony at the front desk laughed at me. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. This is a ghetto disgrace. More

Updated review (2 months after purchase): I am very regretful doing business with Sons Kia. My sales person Curtis was amazing, however the back end of doing business has been a nightmare. The dealership failed to pay my trade in's auto loan off within 20 days. I am now stuck paying the late fees, and other charges associated with the loan due to the dealerships negligence. After trying for over a month to resolve this issue, the dealership is not interested in helping with these fees from their doings. The dealerships communication skills are below subpar, and they do not value their customers. 0/10 take your business elsewhere. Note: My mother has purchased 2 vehicles from here, and I have bought from here also. We're loyal customers, and that does not matter to this dealership. More

I hate it is my local Kia. I had a great experience buying the car in Lake City, Florida and a great experience of maintenance at Nalley Kia in Lithonia, Georgia. Take my advice, stay away from Sons Kia in McDonough. More
