Deceptive sales I bought a new Sorrento and I am very happy with the vehicle. I am not happy however about the way I was treated when I had a complaint. We were sold an extended warranty for bumper to bumper coverage, to last for 10 years or 100000miles. When we looked closer at the paperwork, it was only for 84 months, to start from when I bought the car. I went back to the dealership, and we were basically called liars. A call to KIA Motors resulted in @ phone calls and nothing else. Beware when you enter the finance office, they are very slick at covering up portions of what you sign. More

I told him what I wanted and he did not fully rally around. He brought out the Niro model I wanted, in one of the colors I specified. We went for a test drive and I bought that car that same day. The service department has been excellent in scheduling appointments, estimating his long the service would take, and getting me in and out of the service department as promised. Hudson and Juan in Service have both been really great to work with on the routine services calls and the one safety recall I've had. More

Though I am sometimes difficult to deal with, Karee stuck with me and made the sale, which was a good deal for both myself and Sons. Karee's pleasant manner made him an ideal person for me to work with. I think he should be recognized for showing professionalism and not being patronizing. Karee is a credit to this KIA store. More

Great Service My initial greet was a little shady because I just stood in the service center with people around me and no one offering to help until Great Service My initial greet was a little shady because I just stood in the service center with people around me and no one offering to help until I said something. But once I did, the service was GREAT! Jose, and the other gentlemen (can't recall his name (sorry), but I think he just moved here) were very thorough and attentive. The service guys, including the shuttle driver were very helpful and considerate and the sales guys were even nicer. My intent was to be shuttled somewhere while I waited on my car, but ended up staying at the Center the entire time because of how comfortable they made it. The service actually took less time than expected (2 recall inspections and a tire rotation) and the cost was nearly HALF of what a tire store was charging. BTW, the new Kia Stinger is SIC Ya'll... Evon def knows his cars and took the time for a test drive. Overall, when I'm ready to buy a car and/or get my Sorento serviced again, Sons Kia will see me first. Thanks for Rockin' So Hard, guys!!! My Elderly Parents Car My Mom's Car I brought in my elderly parents to the McDonough Kia after having several conversations with the Kia in LaGrange. Their front passenger window would was stunk in the down position and had been for several weeks. LaGrange was unable and/or unwilling to help secure the car inside from the weather since the window was down. I called and spoke with Myreon Shockley in McDonough, and he was more than willing to assist with the issue. He gave me some advise on getting some information I needed to ensure the repair was still covered under warranty. Myreon had our paperwork saved from our phone conversation and was waiting on our arrival. I was more than pleased when he arrived to drop the car off. More
