Terrible customer service Don't go to this dealer at closing time on Saturday's! Salesman was Great but sales manager or appraiser let us know quickly he was late leaving to go Don't go to this dealer at closing time on Saturday's! Salesman was Great but sales manager or appraiser let us know quickly he was late leaving to go home. Made comment this was his top salesman one could not tell this by what happened next. Sales manager or appraiser did take our car to another building some distance from where we were and never returned our car. Sales manager or appraiser brought keys back to our location and did not say anything to us or the salesman about where he left our car. He was very rude to his teammate and to us the customer. I told salesman that I did not blame him for he did not know where the car was left and I did not think we nor the salesman deserved this kind of treatment. Needless to say I will not buy a car from this KIA dealer and will tell others. More
