Sound Ford

Beware - Deceipt in ommission of facts I purchased a new Ford Escape. I told the manager I wanted a 6 year loan and what I was willing to pay in monthly payments. Bill came out and finally I purchased a new Ford Escape. I told the manager I wanted a 6 year loan and what I was willing to pay in monthly payments. Bill came out and finally was able to come close to my monthly figure I was rushed to sign papers because I had to pick up my boyfriend from dialysis. I wanted to wait until the next day but they wanted me to sign and get my trade and finalize the deal. I told them I was very tired and I had to get my boyfriend home to eat. I went back the next day and they had everything in an envelope. I got in my new care and came home. I sat and had coffee the next morning and reviewed the paperwork. I then saw 96 months on the financing paperwork. 96/12 is 8 years, not 6. I dropped off the care as soon as they opened and handed the keys to the manager on duty - Kwok Yau. He told me I could not do that and I told him I was stopping payment on my checks and was unbelievably hurt and felt taken advantage of with type of deceit. The Sales Manager Bill did not even have the guts to call me himself and apologize. I am reporting this to Ford Corporate Headquarters and wound never recommend this dealer to anyone.Abdu (Finance) and Bill (Sales Manager). I originally worked with James Adams who showed me several cars and options. James was the only shining light in this entire sad incident. More

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had ! That same day I went to about 10 other car dealers wIth horrible customer service the did not seem to care if they even sold a car. I started out thinking I want a Kia and went to Kia car pros in Renton cause of all their advertising they were the worst I had to go find a salesperson who acted like they did not have much to show me or seem to care if I bought a car. Then I went across the street to sound ford they were so nice and the sales manager showed me a Ford Focus in my price range that was perfect! It was the easiest and best car experience I have ever had and I love my car ! More

It ran just fine until there was a recall on a part and their service department popped the hood. Since then, I have had nothing but PROBLEMS. It has died on me several times, and only by God's grace it happened on the 516 and not the I5 or 405. It is going to get towed to a different dealership tomorrow because it just died AGAIN. b( 4th time with a tow truck in a month) and hopefully they can figure out with Sound F'ed up. For a 2015 car, this should not be happening. BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE THEIR MECHANICS> YOUR LIFE DEPENDS on skilled labor, which they DO NOT HAVE. If I could give the a NEGATIVE 5 stars, I absolutely would. More
