DANGEROUS "mechanics" My experience with the service department has been nothing short of a NIGHTMARE. They are LUCKY I am still alive. I bought a car a year ago. It ran just fine until there was a recall on a part and their service department popped the hood. Since then, I have had nothing but PROBLEMS. It has died on me several times, and only by God's grace it happened on the 516 and not the I5 or 405. It is going to get towed to a different dealership tomorrow because it just died AGAIN. b( 4th time with a tow truck in a month) and hopefully they can figure out with Sound F'ed up. For a 2015 car, this should not be happening. BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE THEIR MECHANICS> YOUR LIFE DEPENDS on skilled labor, which they DO NOT HAVE. If I could give the a NEGATIVE 5 stars, I absolutely would. More

Used car buying experience was sub-par I flew in from out of town to buy a used truck. I was picked up at the airport which was nice and brought to the dealership. I met the sales manager I flew in from out of town to buy a used truck. I was picked up at the airport which was nice and brought to the dealership. I met the sales manager I dealt with over the phone. He told me someone would be with me. After waiting for what seemed like forever, a salesman, James said he would show me the truck. I looked the truck over and asked if we could take it for a test drive since I didn't want to buy it without driving it. He said he was just showing me the truck because he was dealing with another customer. Really? They had 2 days notice I was coming and couldn't arrange for a salesman to take care of me? Anyway he came back 10min later and said he could take me around the block. I also saw the tank was empty. So I asked if he was going to give me a full tank of gas for buying the truck. Apparently he wasn't told I was there to buy the truck, he thought I was just looking it over. Again info you might want to tell the salesman about the customer. Overall James was very helpful, the rest of the staff just seemed like I was in the way. The customers that were there doing deals on new cars seemed to get preferential treatment even though I had flown from out of town to buy this truck. So I recommended this dealership because if you are buying a new car, you will be treated well. I guess they don't care if you are from out of town to treat you like they want you there. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because James was nice. I will not be going back. More

Manager Bill gave me a great deal on this brand new vehicle, Manager Eric made financing the vehicle happened and finally Specialist Mr. James Adams gave me a full detail of demonstration about the SYNC system in my all new Mustang. I had a great time at Sound Ford and it is definitely not the last time purchasing a vehicle there, if I'm gonna get new Fords again in the future, Sound Ford is absolutely the first and only option that comes into my mind. Upgraded from a 98 sable to a 2016 focus After looking into what type of car i would upgrade to i had all but settled on the ford focus. I did a few months of searching and found what i was l After looking into what type of car i would upgrade to i had all but settled on the ford focus. I did a few months of searching and found what i was looking for at Sound Ford. The Service Department had taken good care of me so i thought id let the sales department have a chance. Jerry and Ben where very patient and helpful answering what questions I had. Ben was patient as i tried the Focus out and i was sold at that point. When discussing terms for the sale Jerry he was very patient as i tried to explain the flight attendant pay system. Thank you!!!. I was given a loaner and was able to trade in my sable that evening. When returning to collect my plates Jerry offered to help mount the plates which was very nice as i had not expectation for that to occur. I would like to thank Jerry and Ben for a pleasant experience when upgrading to an amazing new(for me) vehicle. More
