Great buying experience! I came in to test drive the f150 after work. I got there around 730pm. Eric and Inette helped me with my questions and took me out for the test drive. Never once did I felt rushed or pressured. I loved the truck so much I decided to buy it that evening. They were able to get the financing completed and I was out of there around 945! So all in all, it was a great buying experience and I will definitely be back when Im ready to upgrade to the Super Duty! More
Bad Customer Service 1st time, went to get a 2nd key made. (2-3 hour process) This is a service vehicle, which we work in WA and OR, so not an easy task to pull it out of 1st time, went to get a 2nd key made. (2-3 hour process) This is a service vehicle, which we work in WA and OR, so not an easy task to pull it out of commission. They didn't not want to try to help resolve the issue, since they had an issue getting some code in order to program the chip key. Called Corporate, and they called Sound Ford and then they agreed to replace under warranty. Got this done on a 2nd trip there, and returned back to the shop, 60 min away, and the 2nd key didn't work. They didn't test it, but said we were good to go. Each day the vehicle is out of service this costs 800-1000 a day. Now we are out 2 days of work, and still the original issue is not resolved. Called them, they said bring by when in the area. So we called on a Thursday while we were going to be working in the area, and they said we would need to schedule this, and it would not be until next Wednesday for the earliest available time. This is not what they told us. They said stop by when we are in the area and they could fix it. I guess once you have paid, they have your money, they don't need to take care of you anymore. More

Jay in particular was just a pleasure to be around - even though we were buying a cheaper used car (and not a Ford), Jay gave 5-star service answering tons of questions during multiple test drives and made sure our car was perfect for the drive home. Eric did wonders with finance, & the rest of the staff handed out candies & crayons for our feisty toddler and made us all comfortable. Now officially a Ford Family In August of 2016 I was able to get my wife into a 2016 Ford C-Max hybrid SEL working with Alex and Kwok. We're a two family car and while I thought In August of 2016 I was able to get my wife into a 2016 Ford C-Max hybrid SEL working with Alex and Kwok. We're a two family car and while I thought I could hold onto my Volvo for a few more years, necessity and desire for a newer car came into the picture. I tried a few dealerships but the deals always seemed to stall on a pre-owned truck. So I figured, I would contact Sound Ford again since I had a recent purchase history. Didn't plan on buying a new truck but the purchase worked out for me as I'm sure it did for Tracy and Inette whom I worked with this time. Now we have two Ford's and honestly love them both. Glad we were able to work out another deal. 2016 Ford F-150 Ecoboost SuperCrew makes me smile every time I open my garage. I'm sure I'll be seeing you all again not just for maintenance but when my son hits 16 in three years and is bugging me for a car of his own. Really, thanks everyone. I think the financing part took me longer than agreeing on a new vehicle price which in the car buying experience saves me hours of my life back. More
