We were not expecting to trade in our 17 year old Honda Civic that day, but we ended up cleaning out our junk and leaving it behind and driving away with the C-Max. Everyone was very friendly and it was a very smooth transaction. We only had one regret which I forgot to tell Myroslava when she gave me a followup call a week later -- that was our 'used' car only came with one key FOB. Today (13 days after the sale) we went to the Sound Ford Service dept. and were expecting to pay several hundred dollars for an extra FOB. However, I slightly mentioned to Randy in the Service dept., that we should have gotten two FOB's with the car instead of one, and when we came to pick up the car with the newly programmed FOB, Randy said the FOB was free, that was a pleasant surprise. More

Want a Good Experience? Find Jay S. We recently purchased a used 2016 Ford Escape from this dealership. The deal went through easily with minimal haggling. At the end, when we were handed the keys, we found out there was only one key with the car - something that hadn't been disclosed prior. We weren't happy as keys nowadays cost upwards of $250. Thus, we had to re-negotiate the deal to include a new key. We had to give up a complete car detail (which it needed) in exchange for the new key. I was not happy. There was one person throughout this entire transaction that saved the dealership and my attitude towards it. This person is Jay Siverson. He stayed with throughout our 3 hours at the dealership. He worked with us on getting a new key, getting it programmed, and the car delivered to us. He even promised to do a thorough cleaning of the car before delivering it to us in Olympia. It was Jay's, honesty, professionalism and customer-service attitude that makes me give this dealership a positive review. More

Ants??? In a Vehicle? Only Sound Ford/SNL 1st day of driving 2011 Chevy Mailbu, Key Fob that was promised to be fixed, didn't work. Had an horrible odor and cat/dog hair in car/console/seats b 1st day of driving 2011 Chevy Mailbu, Key Fob that was promised to be fixed, didn't work. Had an horrible odor and cat/dog hair in car/console/seats but claimed to have cleaned the vehicle, which was poorly done, if done at all. Gas on complete empty-that was promised to have on full. Top it off...car infected with ants inside and out. I took several videos. Aaron was so upset, unprofessional, unapologetic, and so rude to me for mentioning these issues to him. I've never seen or heard of a Vehicle with ants! It's been nothing but unprofessional with dealing with Aaron Wilmot and Mike Emery. Time to bring this to the attention of Adam Larson the GM. Videos and all! No way these two individuals selling infected ant car with dead odor issue to people, should be representing the company of Sound Ford. #SafetyFirst# More
