NO "SOUND DISCOUNT" DO NOT FALL FOR THIER "SOUND DISCOUNT"!!! I went in to sound ford last night to look at a new 2015 ford f150. The truck its self was awesome and with DO NOT FALL FOR THIER "SOUND DISCOUNT"!!! I went in to sound ford last night to look at a new 2015 ford f150. The truck its self was awesome and with the end of year ford rebates and "sound" discounts was 35,000. which would be a great price with all the options that the truck has. I was considering trading in my 2007 Tahoe and putting 5000 down on top. I had already put my car into Kelly Blue Book with all the features and miles and such. It KBBs for 15,000 retail and 11,500 trade value. THEY WERE WILLING TO GIVE ME 4,000 FOR THE TAHOE! I still owe 12,000 on it and that would give me 8,000 negative equity on my SUV! witch took the cost of the F150 to 43,000 (exactly the MSRP before their "sound discount"). I was very offended that they thought a car that I bought 2 and a half years ago for 20,000 was worth 4 now. these guys are a bunch of scam artists! Do not waste your time, buy a car from a dealership with a back bone. More
Tried to trick me into signing into a finance. I can't believe the disrespect these people have for customers. After my parents being here for 4 hours because they kept showing them cars way over m I can't believe the disrespect these people have for customers. After my parents being here for 4 hours because they kept showing them cars way over my budget, salesman Brandon finally narrowed it down to an 07 focus within my budget. I came there after I was off work and met with Brandon. At first he was very nice, explained everything in detail. We took the car for a test drive. Drove well except for the gas pedal and steering wheel vibrated a lot while driving. I told him that I was not comfortable with buying this car for that reason. Then I got schooled on how this is the only dealership that could accommodate my needs. While he still wouldn't address the issue with the car, treating me as if I know nothing about cars. I then had to hear is sob story on how he spent "13 hours" (2 at most) finding this car for me and stayed after he was supposed to be off. I appreciate him staying late but it's your JOB to help the customer. I don't need to hear 8 times how you're "missing dinner with your family" to guilt me into a car. After spending a while listening to getting this xxxxty car shoved down my throat, I had enough. Not worth it. Brandon then told me I need to sign something since I filled the credit app out online, saying it'd hurt my credit if I didn't. Illegal because that would've signed me onto a finance to a xxx car I didn't want! The manager was called and said that is very illegal. I will never do business with this shady dealership. Additional note: after I test drove the car, my mother called my cell phone wanting to talk to Brandon. He took my cell phone outside to talk to her. He came back in, phone in hand, refusing to give me my own phone, xxxxxxxx to me about his xxxx sob stories all over again, with my mom still on the phone! DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FROM SOUND FORD! Seriously ask any dealership and they will tell you just how shady sound ford is. Example 1: I was told that if I give them a good review they would f Seriously ask any dealership and they will tell you just how shady sound ford is. Example 1: I was told that if I give them a good review they would finally get me to the price I had wanted on a car. Example 2: the car I had bought from them I found out they had oversold me by about $14k by taking the contract to another ford dealership and them show me exactly how badly I got screwed. Example 3: the whole reason I was at the other ford dealership is because sound ford sold me a car that completely broke down and was sent back in a tow truck three weeks after I purchased it due to a headlight issue. They were able to get the car up and running, thankfully, but problems with the headlights have continued, which they promised to fix and now will not "because they can't be held accountable for the vehicle forever" I understand not being held accountable for the vehicle forever, but at least fix the issue you promised you would. Also, the extended warranty that I had canceled over a month ago has never been canceled even though I call and they keep telling me "oh, it'll be cancelled next week". Please learn from my nightmare and do not get your vehicle here. More

Ben, my salesman, was very patient and answered all my questions thoroughly making me feel at ease throughout the entire process. When it was time to work the numbers, I really appreciated how Adam, the sales manager, went out of his way to make my car deal happen with my financing and terms. Then it was time to see Joe, the finance manager, and he worked out a deal with another bank to get my interest rate even lower than I expected. I couldn't stop smiling because I was so happy with my Escape and he included a warranty that covered everything - I told him that he was amazing! This was a very happy and pleasant sales experience and I will continue to recommend Sound Ford to my family and all my friends. Thank you Ben, Adam and Joe! More

It is only my 5th car in the last 50 years and the process was fun and exciting. The vehicle is awesome and the customer service of both the sales team and financial department matches the A+++++ I've given them. Ask for Chris Hooten-Smith for sales, - he will do anything and everything to help you get the best deal on an amazing vehicle, and then if you're lucky enough to get Nabu in the Financial office for your closing, he will go the extra mile to be sure you fast and personal service as well as going beyond what anyone would expect in the financial side of a transaction. I highly recommend Sound Ford of Renton, they've not only given me the dream of owning a SUV I love, but have made a friend for life. We went in to test drive the V6 Mustang and ended up with being insulted My wife and I experienced a nightmare dealership experience with Sound Ford. We went in to test drive the V6 Mustang and ended up with being insulted, no test drive, not even sitting in a Mustang. We were lead through out the lot looking for a phantom car while two sales people hounded us to consider another more expensive car and then insulted us by telling us we're cheap and why can't we afford a more expensive car. We left soon after being insulted about our reluctance to shop for the more expensive GT model. We didn't need the extras or power of the GT. This experience was atypically bad for a dealership experience. We'll never ever return to Sound Ford and we'll be sure to tell our friends and family about them. More
