Beware the bait and switch. They are much more interested in selling you the car they want to sell rather than what you actually want. I have noticed they keep 3 or 4 cars on Autotrader that are strangely un in selling you the car they want to sell rather than what you actually want. I have noticed they keep 3 or 4 cars on Autotrader that are strangely under priced while the rest are over priced. It is just to get you on the lot. The sad thing is Ian the salesman really was a nice enough guy but the bait and switch is to much to put up with. Wasted too much time on these guys but got the truck I was looking for at another dealer. There are plenty of other good dealers out there. Good Chevy across the street for instance, too bad they didn't have what I wanted. More

I was headed to Seattle last Thusday night and my truck broke down about 8:30pm. After calling around to find someplace that was still open I called Sound of Renton, Scott got me in with no appointment and broke down about 8:30pm. They also gave me a ride home. No charge!!! I got a call the next morning from a lady named Shawn she explained that She and the mechanic had found the problem. And could have me back on the road by noon. I was thrilled. Shawn called around 11:30 and said it was all done and she was able to save me a couple hundred bucks on the work. She saw that her driver had dropped me off and asked if I needed a ride. Bottom line is I normally go closer to my house in Kent for service but I'm happy to drive a little further North for that kind of service. I definitely recommend Sound Ford. More
