Lemon lot with bad communication with other departments. Would not recommend this place to anyone who needs a reliable car or truck. I was looking for a truck. Did not car about the lable but need it to be in my price range. When to about 6 different local areas and could not find anything. Called around and final found a truck. Talked to Frank and sounded like he knew what was what. Offered him a reasonable deal so we would not have to drive out there for nothing. When I got there on time they showed me the truck and it was still dirty even though they said it was very clean. He then handed me to someone else for the test drive and she had no clue what was going on. Test drive was short and slow. Then frank came back to the picture and tried to haggle the price with no luck. The over all finance guy felt like he hated being there and kinda rude. Now after I got the truck back home for a few days. The engine light came on and flashing too. Which means don't drive the truck at all. So very annoyed by it. So the problem is a bad cylinder for the truck and will cost me over a grand to fix it. When I asked frank about it it was like he I'm just the sales guy not the mechanic I can't foresee the future on all cars and trucks. So wishes me all the best and hope everything works out for me. Beware of this place and find a better place for any car or truck. Not military friendly as well. More
Clueless service staff that charged me for information I already knew, would NOT get off their butt to find the reason I took the vehicle in and then quoted me on OUTLANDISH price to do a simple 1/2 hour jo already knew, would NOT get off their butt to find the reason I took the vehicle in and then quoted me on OUTLANDISH price to do a simple 1/2 hour job I did myself. If they had addressed the issue I requested, I might have a usable car instead of having to rent something each week until I find a Ford service center that actually has some sense of customer service. Swindlers looking to rob you. So I purchased a focus "regrettably" price tag was 20k. I had $7500 down payment. Did they take that 7500 off sticker price and finance the balance? NO THEY DID NOT. Purchased a brand new car. 3 days after received a call from Natasha saying that the bank approved the loan. On our surprised when we got there they're tryna change the story and renegotiate the deal that from Natasha saying that the bank approved the loan. So yeah. So much for wasting our time. They said that they could've charge us for the mileage that was on the car like they expect us not to use the car that we "purchased". They could've just be upfront and not waste anyone's time. Goodluck selling a brand new 2021 Ford Bronco with 300 miles on it. The dude in finance, I think his name is Nabu wasn't very welcoming. He made us sign papers without even explaining it. We almost pulled out the deal because he didn't explained about warranty. He wanted to sell us the extended warranty without stating that if we didn't purchased it we're still getting 36 months warranty and 5 years drivetrain warranty all he said was let me get your keys back up until the guy who made the deal explained it to us and that's why we signed it. Not knowing that after 3 days they're gonna xxxx us over again. More

I did every regular maintenance and fix in Ford dealership across US as I moved from Cleveland to San Francisco then to Seattle. This one is the WORST one ever. I always know that the price in dealership is higher than independent shop. But this one charge you like you are fool. Claudio first told me that my mustang only have battery issue, so it just need to replace the battery. I went there at 9 in the morning, and it took 4 hours for the whole process. At 1pm, Claudio came to me said the engine test is still not passed, so he wanted to borrow me a car and would tell exactly what to be fixed by next morning. What a such friendly and helpful salesman. Next morning, he said it need to replace purge valve and pressure sensor with extra labor which brought the price up to $1177.32. After we did some research from other Ford mechanic, we found that we are overcharged by not only the material but labor cost. Please see my photo attachments to see the price difference. More

Outstanding service at the Service Dept! Wanted to leave a shout out to two gentlemen, JR Rocha and Claudio Angulo. I recently had purchased a used Ford Explorer and called to schedule an Wanted to leave a shout out to two gentlemen, JR Rocha and Claudio Angulo. I recently had purchased a used Ford Explorer and called to schedule an appointment to locate the vehicle code for the keyless entry. Regretfully, the technician was unable to return the keyless entry to working condition, due to a faulty keypad on the drivers door that was no longer working,. There was NO CHARGE for the visit. During that visit, there was minor damage incurred to the instrument panel. After returning to the dealership, JR indicated he would locate the part necessary to remedy the situation. A week later, I returned to have the replacement part installed. Its like it never happened! The deliberate follow up and enthusiasm from these gentlemen was very much appreciated. They are both first class, and after being a card carrying Sound Ford Client for 16 years, there will be many more to come. Guy Hammington/Boulevard Park More
