Trading up to a new Fusion SE Purchasing a new car could be both frustrating and intimidating. My experience Saturday was actually fun and I got what I wanted, mind you I had done my research beforehand via the dealers website I found exactly the car I wanted. I turned up and met both Kwok Kau and James Adams (Jim) who found the car and we went for a test drive, where Jim was able to give me some good detail on the vehicles features. Next the hard part, the negotiation - this I actually enjoyed and worked with Bill Rajpal who listened to what I wanted and we did some negotiation on price and trade in value on my old car, this went surprisingly quickly and I felt I had a good deal - again being prepared beforehand helps you decide and helps the dealer to understand what you are seeking to get out of the deal. Finally I met Joe Seppen who took me through the Finance and payment, with this things things there is a mountain of paperwork to go through but again the process went easily enough with Joe answering my questions along the way. I visited the Sound Ford Dealership for a test drive (3rd dealership visited). they had the car ready for my test drive and the pricing was the same as advertised! from the salesman who showed us the car, to the manager who put the deal together, and even to the finance guy who did all the paperwork at the end took less than 2 hours! they are friendly, knowledgeable, honest, candid and the whole experience was enjoyable and rewarding. Thanks James, Bill and Joe!!! I highly recommend Sound Ford and their Team if you're shopping for a car. Since my purchase 5 days ago, I've had a check in call from each of them to see if I had any issues or needs. of course, everything is perfect! I've put 600 miles on the car so far and it's enjoyable to drive and exceeding my expectations. 36 mpg and comfortable!!! More
