Hi Mikec, we regret to hear that you are displeased with your recent experience with us. Equity checks are never cut that soon. Unfortunately, the paperwork has to go through a process with our accounting department and then they cut the check, generally 6-8 weeks after we purchase it from you. We are not able to issue instant checks, as some other dealerships may be able to do. We apologize for any misunderstanding and will notify you when we receive the check. Please reach out to Tom Ochoa, Pre Owned Sales Director, for updates on your equity check in a few weeks, if you have not heard from him by then.

Your staff misled us and then ignored our calls for almost 2 weeks. Only after I threatened to notify the police did someone call me - and what do you know - I had the check the next day. And the check was dated 5 days earlier. Who would sell their car to you, give you the car and then wait 6-8 weeks for the month? Nobody. I’m sure that’s why we were told we would have the check right away. Bottom line - your staff lied then ghosted us for almost two weeks.
