Fernado Chavez stayed with it until the problem was found This was our 3rd time back with the same problem, but this time Fernando Chavez took care of us. He said he would stay with it until Lexus found the problem. He had Lyft take us home, called us the next day still running tests, they finally found it, the alternator was draining the battery. We ok'd the replacement, He called on Friday afternoon that Lyft would bring us to Lexus for a loaner over the weekend. When we got there at 5pm, they had completed the work. Fernando was to go home at 4pm, but he had remained to be sure we got into our car and all was good. No loaner necessary. He had made sure that the problem was solved, our car washed and clean and we were in it. As my husband is 94 yrs old, I am 87 yrs.old these things are important to us. We have been with your dealership for 15 years. Fernando Chavez represents Lexus as and was expected. Believe me our family and friends will hear of all the attention and courtesies he extended to us. More
