Your vehicle currently has 178,000 miles with no documented history of transmission fluid maintenance, and performing a first-time transmission service at very high mileage can sometimes create or expose transmission concerns. Our goal was not to refuse support, but to be transparent about the risks and avoid putting you in a worse situation.
