Car delivered with noise and bad customer service Brought my Prius to the regular maintenance at this dealer and car was returned with a noise coming from engine side. After some online chats, voicemails and one email I was finally able to speak with my advisor and she asked to bring the car back last Tuesday morning. To my surprise she was not there nor had scheduled my appointment. Another advisor took the car for review and at the end didn't find anything wrong or heard any noise and told to pick up the car. When they brought the car guess what, it was making the loud noise! When asked about the noise the advisor said that they could do anything and we had to bring again or take to another repair shop. I would not bring the car for service here. More

Wonderful experience at South Coast John Nguyen scheduled my appointment and took my car in. John was very friendly, professional, and thorough in evaluating my car at 67,000 miles. Service Teviee Had a great service experience. Ray was my service rep. Asked what service my car was in for. Reviewed my last service records which had recommended Had a great service experience. Ray was my service rep. Asked what service my car was in for. Reviewed my last service records which had recommended several items. Went with what I felt was necessary and was told it would be several hours. Told Ray I would leave and to let me know when it was ready for pickup. Ray called a few hours later to say the engine had a small oil leak. He also said I had an extended service policy which would cover the repair. I said to have it fixed and Ray said he would need the car for another day . Told him that was fine and to call me when it was ready for pickup He called mid day the following day saying I could come pick up the car More
