I bought a 2020 4Runner from Padram Ramtin, not only does he not respond to phone calls or texts with in a timely manner neither do any of the managers this includes Miguel Aguilar , John Vigil, Chad Roberts he not respond to phone calls or texts with in a timely manner neither do any of the managers this includes Miguel Aguilar , John Vigil, Chad Roberts or Allen Moznett. I arrived at the dealer to pick up my new vehicle on a Friday evening, it took me more than 4 phone calls to see if it would be ready. Once I got to the dealer I discovered that there was not a 2nd key and the alarm was not installed, on the way home I realized there was no gas in my vehicle either. I had been given a ride and hour away from my house to the dealer. After several emails to managers phone calls to Toyota Corporate the issue was resolved 3 weeks later. I was told I would get a tank of gas when the key was programmed and the alarm installed that still did not happen. I have never had such bad service with a vehicle purchase. If there were 0 stars available I would give that. More

He even helped me drop off a rental I was driving! His Sales Manager, Bill Dinnie, pulled my credit and put got a proposal in front of me quickly. In minutes we were done (unlike so many other dealers!). In finance Macie Zamudio and her manager Jose Gonzales presented clearly all the options available to protect my new car, and accepted my choices without putting any stress on me. In two and a half hours my purchase was completed. The facilities were clean, well organized, and someone was busy disinfecting the showroom constantly. The pricing was great! This is an excellent dealership for the purchase of your next vehicle! More

I would not recommend this place to anyone, Karim from the internet department quoted me a price on a new RAV4 in black color 2 days he kept telling that he had it.. I have a Prius (my 6th Toyota and my second vehicle purchased from South Coast Toyota), and have had it serviced at the dealership since I purchased it.
