I have a Prius (my 6th Toyota and my second vehicle purchased from South Coast Toyota), and have had it serviced at the dealership since I purchased it. This has been consistent for almost 13 years. More

Repair and cleaning I bought this Sienna 2020 model used and i damaged frt bumper paint and they repaired to new condition also when i agreed to buy i had mentioned it be I bought this Sienna 2020 model used and i damaged frt bumper paint and they repaired to new condition also when i agreed to buy i had mentioned it being used it was not previously a smoker vehicle and after i took ownership my family members (more than One could smell smoke) and at this service of bumper repair they completely got rid of smoke smell to my family satisfaction I am pleased the my van smells and looks like a new vehicle More

POOR SERVICE Just got off the phone with service -ordered 4 tires 2 days ago supposed to bring vehicle in at 7 this morning could not make it in called at 7 to let Just got off the phone with service -ordered 4 tires 2 days ago supposed to bring vehicle in at 7 this morning could not make it in called at 7 to let them know I would come in later received call at 8:15 to call them back - no one answered on service then was told that they did not have tires asked why no one called me and he stated he came in late wherein I cancelled order. I drove my vehicle on freeway with spare so that I could get the new tires installed - will never go back to South Coast Toyota again. More
