I knew I needed a second family car and Jay made it happen within 24 hours. I had been searching the state but the used car market is competitive and things sell so quickly I wasn’t able to keep up or happen within 24 hours. He was able to text/video Monday night (working around my kids bed time schedule) to recommend his top 3 choices for my budget and then first thing Tuesday morning Austin was able to secure my financing beating the rate my credit union had offered. This was the easiest and most rewarding car buying experience I’ve ever had and I recommend them to anyone, but particularly busy working families who don’t have a lot of time to waste at a dealership.
