I traded my 2023 Rogue for a 2024 Rogue; however, the finance department allowed my Payoff/trade-in paperwork to "fall through the cracks." It took 37 days for my trade-in to be paid off, despite my call finance department allowed my Payoff/trade-in paperwork to "fall through the cracks." It took 37 days for my trade-in to be paid off, despite my calls and notifications that something was going awry. My credit was almost ruined due to their non-payment. I emailed the owner and dealership team to share my experience, and have yet to hear back. After having to pick up a reimbursement check (even longer story), Nick in finance made sure to display retaliatory smug behavior about “how badly the negative review hurt us,” as opposed to addressing the actions that led me to leave such a review. I will never step foot back in that dealership. I'm just happy to know there are other options in town. More

I was considering a new vehicle and received a phone call from Raymond Harris with South Colorado Springs Nissan. Ray was very courteous,, polite and very patient in answering all of my questions at the deal from Raymond Harris with South Colorado Springs Nissan. Ray was very courteous,, polite and very patient in answering all of my questions at the dealership and on the test drive. I have purchased at least 10 cars in the past 25 years and this was by far the best experience out of all of them. Not only was Ray amazing Nick in finance took the extra time to ensure that I understood the entire process at closing and that I received the best possible deal. They both were very low pressure and extremely knowledgeable. I am excited to continue to work with this amazing dealership throughout the life of my new Pathfinder! More

Came in to get my car appraised and look at some of my upgrade options. Ariana was super helpful and easy to work with. The appraisal took 3 minutes, which was super fast. Stopped in on Monday to get my VIN verification done, and while waiting I was curious about the Nissan leaf’s because I have friends who are switching to all electric. Ariana did an amazing job letting me know about everything that Nissan leaf had to offer. Definitely debating to buy one. Super cute small cars and cheap for a new 2025 year car. Definitely suggest seeing Ariana if you have questions regarding upgrading and what any of the cars have to offer. She definitely seemed like she knew what she was talking about. And everyone in service was super nice and got my VIN verification done pretty quick. More

Me and my husband stopped by on Saturday Jan 4th, just to look at some cars because we are due for an upgrade. Ariana who is one of the sales people at south Colorado Springs Nissan, was super helpful becaus look at some cars because we are due for an upgrade.
