Scam alert I don’t need $2500 worth of service. I took in my 2009 Murano for a service recall. I’m from WA here for work. Back story: I bought the car used from I don’t need $2500 worth of service. I took in my 2009 Murano for a service recall. I’m from WA here for work. Back story: I bought the car used from a dealer I use to work for. The car belonged to the owner’s daughter. Only has 65k miles. I have copies of the maintenance. This Colorado Springs Nissan service writer gives me a long list of “critical” issues needing “immediate” attention that they supposedly found during their complimentary inspection.. In addition, when I picked up my car, I noticed my license plate was bent. They ran it through a machine wash that hung up and also cracked the plastic holder, but I can’t prove it. My good luck charm was missing from the mirror which, after a ten minute search I found under the passenger seat. Why? Not ON the seat. Under seat. The service writer acted like my complaints were stupid. I want my property respected. Grrrrr! I’ll be here for another 9 months and this dealership will get zero business from me! Beware of their lies about what service you need. Don’t believe their photos of misc. things meant to scare you. I know for a fact those were not of my car’s parts. Impossible for me to use 90% of my brake pads in 8000 miles. More

Very pleased with this visit I have purchased 2 brand new Nissans from the dealership. My previous experience in March was horrible and I was very disappointed. I had never been I have purchased 2 brand new Nissans from the dealership. My previous experience in March was horrible and I was very disappointed. I had never been treated so horrible by a service rep. I returned a few days ago to have the paint sealant applied and a trim piece to be fixed for the second time since it wasn't fixed correctly in March(if even looked at). I am very pleased to say that Eric went out of his way to make me a satisfied customer again and once again appreciated for continuing my business with them. He made sure to keep in contact with me throughout the day and let me know how things were moving along. Thank you Nissan taking my bad experience and making it positive with the service dept, and taking care of the problem that was at hand to my bad experience. More

I wouldn’t shop here again! I’d been coming here for service and parts and decided to take advantage of their powertrain lifetime warranty deal in their used vehicles. I met with Mr. Cano and he was patient and not pushy. His sales manager Mr. Chris was cool too. What I didn’t like was it took forever to get the sale finalize. It gets even worse when the closing guy, finance, took advatage on selling me add ons without letting me know. My monthly payment went up! Lucky for me, the higher ups reconfigure my sales contract AFTER I brought up their immaculate reviews with BBB. This does not mean anything though. I found out later, after prchased, that this dealer targeted a previous customer for giving a review lower than a five star rating through insults. It’s almost similar to my main issue about uninformed add ons. Even the finance guy at the bank I go to tells me this is every dealers practice to sell add ons. Oh well, I’m seeing a retaliation coming. More
