Worst service I have ever experienced. I had a coupon to get two free oil changes and they would not honor it. I retired to make an appointment to have my oil change and was told they didn’t make appointmen get two free oil changes and they would not honor it. I retired to make an appointment to have my oil change and was told they didn’t make appointments. This delay caused me to miss the coupon deadline and they still had the gall to charge me $650 for and oil change and two fuel filters. I will never go back. I would give zero stars if possible. A/C not very cold While I was glad that they found an issue with the A/C being low on Freon and took the time to discuss temperatures coming out of the air duct with Ch While I was glad that they found an issue with the A/C being low on Freon and took the time to discuss temperatures coming out of the air duct with Chrysler, it took 2 days to work with Chrysler to find out that 50 degrees out of the air duct was normal. Also, I had to call the Service adviser both days to find out the status of my A/C repair since he never called back when he said he would. I still believe 50 degrees is still high since most vehicle A/C's are 40-37 degrees out of the air duct, however, Chrysler is saying it's normal. More

Waste of time Drove from Illinois to compare prices on Jeep Renegade, my daughter is buying her first new car. When Chris Parsons asked if we were buying that day and we said not yet, he replied that he did not want to waste our time. He would not talk numbers with me, asked no questions regarding finance, payment, features of vehicle, nothing. I don't like the high pressure salesman but I got the impression that Chris didn't want to be bothered with us. In the end he did waste my time. I drove 30 minutes to drive a Renegade around the block in St. Louis! More
