I drive a right hand drive Jeep and the door strap broke on drivers side.Took a day off work scheduled a appointment because they called and said they had the strap in. Got to appointment and they had the w on drivers side.Took a day off work scheduled a appointment because they called and said they had the strap in. Got to appointment and they had the wrong strap Took off work went in for a second appointment and they had the wrong strap again and took apart the rig I made to keep the door from coming all the way open. Waiting to go back third time and hope they have the right part this time!!! More

Awesome Customer Service Went in for a tire change and tire rotation. Not too long of a wait. Kyle Kovar eventually came into the waiting to get me and said that the mechanic Went in for a tire change and tire rotation. Not too long of a wait. Kyle Kovar eventually came into the waiting to get me and said that the mechanic did and checked everything. He said I really needed new back brakes, which I didn't have a problem with. The problem was my time, I had a doctors appointment. So kyle rang me out got my car and rescheduled another appointment for me on June 17th to get the brakes taken care of.
