Best car buying experience! I hate buying vehicles and was not looking forward to replacing my truck. I went in to check out the 2016 Rams and Mike and Sonny were both so accomm I hate buying vehicles and was not looking forward to replacing my truck. I went in to check out the 2016 Rams and Mike and Sonny were both so accommodating, as was everyone I encountered. Mike spent a lot of time answering my questions and at no time did I feel he was rushing me or pressuring me to make a decision. I did find a wonderful new truck which I love. They made me a fair offer on my trade in and were even nice enough to move 4 bales of hay into my new truck for me! The financing with Joe was also very pleasant and he was very patient answering my many questions. I am currently working with the Parts Manager, Doug, to finalize some add on items and he as well has demonstrated the same professionalism, courtesy and responsiveness. I will let others know about my very positive experience and when I need another vehicle (ugh) I will be back to see my new friends at South County Dodge. More
