Tyler never made me feel that I was being pushed into purchasing...something that in the weeks of searching, never saw in any other dealership sales consultants. Worst of the worst !!!! I don't see how this is possible !!! This was the worst experience I have ever had attempting to buy a car! I made an appointment and called before I I don't see how this is possible !!! This was the worst experience I have ever had attempting to buy a car! I made an appointment and called before I left home to make sure the care was available!!! After driving 2. 1/2 hrs I was told the car was sold. First they said the night before, then they said it was just all that morning. Each employee told a different story but they all said the same thing.... Too bad. When I did arrive for my appointment the sales person told me they had already taken another another customer??? I was not late why on earth would you do that ??? Waster 5 hours of my time!! Not to mention the incompetent used care sales manager Todd who was off on my appraisal by 2 thousand dollars !! I was told this never happens .... Hummm I went down the road to the ford dealership and got exactly what I knew my trade was worth. Two thousand dollars off are you serious!! You guys thought since I drove all the way up and you screwed me that I was stuck and would be desperate??? Your not the only dealership in town but you are the worst one I have EVER worked with!! I have bought many many new and used cars and sometimes things go wrong I get that but your staff was unknowable, uncaring, and completely ignorant. I called to speak to a second manager Mr. Brown, before heading home and was made to feel like he was doing me a favor by speaking with me lol! Thankfully the ford dealership was interested in selling a car yesterday!! More

Best car buying experience ever! I the first experience was three years ago when I purchased a new 2013 Jeep Wrangler. The staff, especially, Karen Cunningham, were extremely kind and considerate of my time. The buying process was quick and easy. I just purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. I traded in my 2013 Jeep. The process was even easier than it was three years ago.
