Started process over internet with Bruce Striler. He was very prompt and thorough with his replies. My wife and I went in there looking for a new car due do the fact that her's broke down and would cost more to fix than it was worth. Due to our schedules my wife and I had to go in on separate days to talk the fact that her's broke down and would cost more to fix than it was worth. Due to our schedules my wife and I had to go in on separate days to talk with him about her future vehicle and negotiate the price. We worked primarily with Randy Brinckman who bent over backwards to do everything that he could for us, and made sure to be in the office for the multiple times we went in. When he was busy on one evening he wasted no time in setting us up with Adam Hoffner who took us for test drives (Dodge Journey and Jeep Cherokee) and talked with us more about our options. Both were extremely nice and thorough in describing every question we had about both vehicles (probably answering each question more than once). They were both patient with us throughout the process and got us a wonderful deal on the Jeep Cherokee which we purchased and drove off the lot! We held both Randy and Adam past closing time by at least 30 min because of questions and neither one got pushy at all. Both made sure we were satisfied in the answers we were given and had all questions resolved prior to leaving, which I doubt many other dealers would do. I would recommend these two gentlemen to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle and I fully expect to look for both of their names in a few years when I am looking to purchase a new vehicle for myself.
