I showed up first thing on Monday which was a holiday for many, I knew their service department would be busy. I was pleasantly surprised to find my Jeep was ready for pickup on Tuesday at 1 pm. I was worried my repair would be expensive, but they got it covered under warranty, it didn't cost me a dime. Bill was my service writer, he has a certificate on his desk that shows 17 years of certification, it shows, he's a pro. More
