Salesman knows Nothing about the vehicle and certainly shouldn’t be selling them! We get NO help once we get there, everyone’s hanging out inside not greeted and have to “find” help. Online info said the truck had Bedliner, it doesn’t (only rails), said it had steering wheel controls, it doesn’t, said the rebates would come in addition to sales price (it didn’t). Again all of this was verified b4 the drive and even again in person b4 they found the car for us to test drive. We go to see that it’s filthy & on empty. I’m like I called 3 days ago & told you we were coming for it!?!?! We discussed running boards , thought maybe they’d be cheaper aftermarket & salesman agreed. Come to find out the Ram switched to a new body style mid year & the one we purchased was a Classic so it’s been hard to find them....I’d think the salesman would know that. We then had to wait nearly an hour for financing, which seemed deceiving as he immediately try’s to get us to add stuff without even giving us the original loan terms. Then nearly another hour for the vehicle to be “detailed” which was another joke as a toddler could have done a better job. Steaks all over windows and then had a huge scratch! Had to go back the next week to get that fixed & it’s not horrible. They filled up the gas tank....and that’s supposed to make it ok!?! Car had a good price, and 2019 inventory is low so went through w purchase regret not going to our local dealer and Maybe they could’ve worked out a trade. From the sales, to finance, to detail, to the mysterious manager they were always going to but always did Nothing this place is a joke and I cannot believe they operate this way. I knew when I walked in that we had the right place! On arrival, I was immediately greeted and asked how they could help and what I was looking for. Horrible My comments are about that we were pressured into buying ZAZ GPS and that we did not appreciate. We didn’t want the software but we were told he has never had anyone walk out of there without it and we would save big money on our insurance. FALSE! No money is saved with any insurance carrier and now we financed $394 that I didn’t want to finance and I have to pay interest on that $394. We are not happy about this and wanted to cancel it but were told it can’t be cancelled. We know about the 3 day rule but that has now passed because we are waiting on a return phone call from the sales agent about cancelling. Still waiting on that phone call.... We were also promised a call about getting a dent serviced. Not once, or twice, but three times. Still waiting on that call... We will never do business with this dealership again. Horrible, horrible service. All promises but no follow thru. More
New Jeep Mark was outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly demonstrate and explain the Jeep Rubicon to my wife and me. This was our first Jeep buying expe Mark was outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly demonstrate and explain the Jeep Rubicon to my wife and me. This was our first Jeep buying experience. Thanks to Mark, it will not be our last. Mark truly made it enjoyable. He has a warm friendly personality and the heart of a teacher, not a salesman, which my wife and I really appreciated. We felt comfortable asking him questions (which were many). We felt no pressure to buy the Jeep after the test drive/demonstration. It was a very comfortable experience. Mark also took the extra time to find us the best deal that he could. He made buying the Jeep a no-brainer! We were impressed. Joe was great as well. There was an initial error with the finance paperwork. Joe spotted it immediately and make swift corrections. He was also quite friendly and completely professional. Big pats on the back for both of these men. If the rest of your team is like Mark and Joe, you just may have made customers for life. Thanks again! More
