Good work, service could be more diligent I thought the repairs were done in as timely of a manner that could be done. However I wished the service center would call to update - I had to call in every single time, every single step of the way throughout the repair when I believe the service center should have updated me. Ie, when the diagnosis was done and needed my approval - I had to call to get that information - when the part came in, and when the repair was finished - I didn't recieve a single update from the shop, I had to always ask what was going on - which leads me to believe my vehicle would have been sitting around much longer (maybe for days?!) than if I hadn't consistently checked in on the status and the actions (ie approval, pickup) I needed to take. Otherwise the repairs were great, staff was friendly, etc More
