Simple Steve My experience here was terrible. As soon as I got to my appointment with steve he had an attitude the entire time. If that wasn’t already off putting, My experience here was terrible. As soon as I got to my appointment with steve he had an attitude the entire time. If that wasn’t already off putting, the guy didn’t know jack about cars. When mentioning my quardalift air suspension, he asked me “what is that”. He also told me that my warranty would not cover audio components when I had already checked with them. I had to call at least 15 times to get an update on my car, and some simple software updates took 5 days. Then the guy screwed up my rental coverage through my warranty and left me covering two days out of pocket. I wouldn’t trust this place to put a valve stem cap on my car after my experience. More
