One of the worst experiences I have ever had at Dealership. It was a battle from the first encounter in the dealership. I shopped around online looking for a specific RAM truck Night edition and they seemed to It was a battle from the first encounter in the dealership. I shopped around online looking for a specific RAM truck Night edition and they seemed to be the only one that had it. I did as much as possible to try and make this a contact-less transaction online. I told them I would be by to pick it up and when I got there they said they had just dealer traded the vehicle. The sales person said nothing he could do. I asked him to go back to the sales manager or GM and tell him he had a paying customer trying to purchase and after 3 attempts they agreed to sell it to me. Then it took about 4 hrs to complete the transaction. one of the requirements was to use Chrysler Finance for a rebate and that it what took the longest part of this transaction. This was a business truck and guess Chrysler does not like to deals with business as they kept asking for documentation that i kept providing. every hr they would ask for a new piece of information, finally after about 3 1/2 hrs and no financing and now they wanted 3 months bank statements and I seen no end in sight. I told them to forget Chrysler financing and go with Aly Financial as i had financed 4 vehicles with them all within 5 minutes each time. The sales guy went back to finance and they said they could do it and it was completed in 5 minutes. He then states that Chrysler finance is the worst.. I wish he would have said that 4 hrs ago... Dealer is now closed and i could finally leave but had to come back for floor mats . I get home and notice the cargo divider was missing and had to argue with the sale manager that it was supposed to be included. He stated it was an extra item that no longer came with the units. My truck had the RAM Box and cargo management system , (which means they rails were installed but no divider). He finally pulls a shipping list and guess what I was correct and he was wrong. They had to order the part. Several days later my mats finally came in and i went down to pick them up. They ordered the wrong mats and had to reorder them. so I decided to wait and pick up my mats with divider as this was a 50 minutes drive each time one direction. Parts are finally in, I go to pick them up and the cargo divider did not have the locking mechanism with it so they had to order that I asked if they could mail it. I had ordered parts that no longer come with the bed divider that makes it into a bed extender and While i was there i spoke with 3 service techs to see if they could assist with tightening two bolts on the tailgate. The first 2 were as rude as they could be asking me to leave. No speaking skills whatsoever. Even if you can't help there is basic human decency you could provide a customer as you are in the SERVICE business. I was pissed at this point and walking out and a third tech seen what happened and came over and asked he could help. He grabbed his socket and 2 minutes later I was on my way. I did not get his name but thanked him for his assistance. So they have at least one decent guy in service. More
