15,000 check Service of 15,000 check was great. When called for pick up salesman said he was sending car to be washed. It should be ready for pick up in 20 min. Service of 15,000 check was great. When called for pick up salesman said he was sending car to be washed. It should be ready for pick up in 20 min. I waited almost an hour after that call and then approached service valet- they said they were looking for my car. It took another 10-15 min until my car was brought to me! This is the WORST part of the service, every time I have come here! Maybe they should call when car is complete and clean! This irks me as time is money to patrons too! May have to go back to Newport Beach Lexus for my next services More
