It has been only three days since our purchase and there have been followup calls to ask if we have questions about our vehicle, if we are satisfied with our purchase, and even a call to tell us the date & time our first scheduled maintenance with a reminder to follow 2 weeks before the appointment. Exceptional pricing and excellent customer service Being from Las Vegas I only heard of South County Lexus through Autotrader. For me, it was not too far to travel for a no-haggle buying approach for Being from Las Vegas I only heard of South County Lexus through Autotrader. For me, it was not too far to travel for a no-haggle buying approach for a new car. If you are like me, the back-and-forth haggling process is not on a bucket-list. After a 5 hour drive to the dealer, the vehicle was still available and at the discounted price point advertised. Kyle was our sales consultant. He went with my son to test drive the car and on return helped him set up the vehicle. A technician set up the app and enform experience with my son. The whole process from the time we arrived at the dealership to leaving was maybe 2 hours. Even though the dealership was fairly busy everyone was very courteous, didn't rush us in anyway, was very knowledgeable in out-of-state transactions and gave you a feeling of what excellent customer service really is. I cannot say enough about Kyle. He was knowledgeable, attentive, accommodated our need to pick the car up 2 days after we had purchased it, and was a resource for me through the out-of-state registration process. I will probably be in the market at the end of 2017 for another car and this will be the only dealership where that purchase will be made. More
