Joe Cram was very professional and great on follow through. We bought the car on the way to a vacation and he promised it would be ready--detailed when we returned. Not only was it ready on time--it had a giant Christmas bow on top. What a great photo. Everything was perfect and I love the car. I almost bought a new Mercedes, but I'm glad I got the Lexus. It is perfect for me. Now we have to Lexus's in the garage. My only stipulation when I arrived was that I was looking for a color that did not class with our other Lexus. This one is beautiful next to it. So, have to say, overall, I am more than 100% pleased. More
