It was such a relief to know that I was working with professional and honest people. I am so happy that I chose this dealership. It's rare to see this kind of service anymore. By far the best car buying experience I've ever had Ted Bokhari is very knowledgeable, pleasant and accommodating. We spent only 3 hours in the dealership and my wife absolutely loves her car. They saw that it was a factory problem one of its gaskets. They ordered the part and solved the problem next day. Eric was a fantastic service consultant. More

Easy, honest, excellent I had received a service reminder email just when I was thinking about when I should bring my GS 350 in. I didn't make an appointment but was able to I had received a service reminder email just when I was thinking about when I should bring my GS 350 in. I didn't make an appointment but was able to get service quickly. The service advisor took me through a history of my car and showed me a list of services that were needed and ones that weren't. He said it would take about two hours and it did, including a car wash! More
