He was kind, patient with all my questions and professional. Mr. Crowe was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I told more than one person at the dealership that they "have a well oiled machine" at their place as far as how on top of everything they are. I was in good hands through a rather unusual situation. 5,000 Mile Check Up My service visit was pretty basic as it just involved checking all the fluids, and checking alignment, brake and tire wear. Luis reviewed all the inspection results with me as I want to know the current status or condition of the vehicle and what caused a problem if one presented itself. There were no problems or issues.
