"Routine Maintenance" requiring brake replacement. I own a 2012 Rx350 with approximately 44,000 miles on it. I anticipated that I would need new brakes at my next servicing since I had heard squealing I own a 2012 Rx350 with approximately 44,000 miles on it. I anticipated that I would need new brakes at my next servicing since I had heard squealing when coming to a stop. What I did not expect was an explanation indicating that my habit of down-shifting (from having driven stick shifts) allowed me to drive on the original set of brakes much longer than most drivers, especially since the majority of my driving is city vs. long freeway trips. Scott Monge was great about answering my questions, provided me with a loaner car quickly, and called when my car was ready. Excellent experience! More

Best Lexus Dealership! I've owned a Lexus for 11 years. I originally brought my car here for maintance as the original owner had bought it from here. I was so lucky to have I've owned a Lexus for 11 years. I originally brought my car here for maintance as the original owner had bought it from here. I was so lucky to have found this dealership as I move every few years and have tried a handful of other dealerships and always end up back at Mission Viejo. When it came time to buy a new Lexus last week I traveled over an hour (past several other dealerships) to come to this dealer. Although I had never specifically dealt with the sales department, I knew I wanted to do business with only this dealer. I ended up with everything I wanted at a lower cost than I expected and was prepared to pay. Everyone I dealt with was beyond kind, professional, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. They went out of their way and continue to do so by checking on me and offering their help with any question or concern I may have, even if it is the simplest question about the navigation.
