Recent Service visit I was there for a recall service visit. I called to make an appointment & learned that my regular service rep had left. Good business practice would h I was there for a recall service visit. I called to make an appointment & learned that my regular service rep had left. Good business practice would have had me receive a call from the dealer & to appoint a new rep. I arrived at the scheduled time & the line waiting foe service reps was almost out to the street on Marguerite parkway. i waited almost 45 minutes for a service rep to greet me & fins out why I was there. fortunately for me it was Kevin Smuckler who was very understanding and calmed me & took very good care of the situation. From beginning to end I was treated professionally. You drive in to the service and immediately an attendant greets you. I was invited to make myself comfortable in the waiting area.
