Over and above Just wanted to mention the out of the norm effort that Chris made for me last week. I left my glasses in the loaner care that I returned. I spoke to Chris and he had one of the valets check the car but they weren’t found. When Chris called me back to say that they weren’t found I mentioned that I was sure that they were in the trunk. Chris went out himself and checked the car and found the glasses in the trunk. I came back the following day to retrieve the glasses, thanks to Chris’ effort. On the negative side, your process for owner’s checking on the status of completion of the service is very cumbersome. When I called in I was transferred twice and then told that I need to speak to my service advisor Luis who didn’t pick up his phone and told me to leave a voice mail. All I wanted to know was whether my car was ready and I would expect that this information was available on you computer system that the first person that answered my call could check as is done at most dealerships. This multiple call transfers winding up in voicemail is a poor outcome. More
