Always great customer service from Davan When I called the Service Dept. they were able to get me in that same day within an hour. Davan let me know that not only did my brakes need replaced When I called the Service Dept. they were able to get me in that same day within an hour. Davan let me know that not only did my brakes need replaced but so did the roters. Since my car was still under warranty and had less than 40,000 miles on it, Davan went above and beyond and completed the paperwork to send to Lexus Corporate to have them approve Lexus paying for the roters. This is a great example of customer service from the customers viewpoint. More
