Two other nearby Lexus dealerships I contacted for price shopping strangely seemed to want to stall me and not provide a price at all; one of them even sent me the window sticker quote - pretty useless information I would say, as sticker prices are readily available online. The reps are all SO nice and I feel they are fair I left BMW because I hated their Service, always felt ripped-off. I definitely do NOT feel that way about my Lexus dealer. The agents are always super nice, and getting a beautiful loaner car makes it very easy to arrange service. I feel the services are priced fairly. It's not cheap by any means, but it IS reasonable. And they don't magically find expensive things wrong every time. Sure occasionally there is a very expensive repair but that's the nature of the beast. I thought $300 to reattach my car handle was quite high, but the agent explained that the way it's designed they have to remove the door panel, etc. My question is "why would Lexus design it that way in the first place?" Should not have cost a dime to reattach a door handle that fell off. But my point is, that's not the dealer's fault. The place is always clean and has nice beverages and snacks. More
