Replace oxygen sensor I received a recall notice from Lexus concerning the oxygen sensor, but I had until 2018 to fix the problem. But when the DMV renewal came, I had to I received a recall notice from Lexus concerning the oxygen sensor, but I had until 2018 to fix the problem. But when the DMV renewal came, I had to get the sensor fixed before I could register my car. So I called and setup an appointment. The recall notice indicated that the process could take about an hour, so I thought I could wait for the car to be done. After entering the service bay, Scott the service rep, said that it might take several hours with the lunch hour sandwiched in between, so he gave me a loaner car. And before that a 60 point inspection process was to be completed. At any rate, the car was done in about four hours, but soo much was done, and the car was washed to boot! And I got to drive the new '16 RX 350! GREAT SERVICE! And the car seems to run better than when I brought it in!!! More

If it were appropriate, I would have given him a good tip. I wasn't satisfied with the individual who serviced me for a work order that I had for the car (installation of a rear bumber protective strip). Not once did he inform me of the status of the car. My salesperson (Nassir) did all the work from tracking down where the car was till completion. Unacceptable service from a maintenance service perspective. I am now debating if I continue to take my car for service at this location vs. taking to Tustin Lexus More
