I paid cash for my last car in 2015 (a 2014 Nissan Altima SV) and I haven't had a car payment in almost 15 years. I found the 2019 Toyota Camry Hybrid on Cars.com and I was dreading having to deal with an au SV) and I haven't had a car payment in almost 15 years. I found the 2019 Toyota Camry Hybrid on Cars.com and I was dreading having to deal with an auto dealership's sales rep due to past experiences. I mulled over the decisions of purchasing the vehicle from a dealership for a few days before deciding to contact an internet sales rep through the Cars.com app. There were at least 4 sales reps to choose from on the app and I choose to send an email to JR. After talking with JR about the car, and explaining that I work in the health care profession, he offered to bring the car to my home for a test drive in which I agreed. I probably wouldn't have drove from the Temecula Valley to Mission Viejo to see the vehicle so I was extremely pleased he brought the vehicle to me. After a taking a test drive, going over the features of the car and briefly talking price, I decided to proceed with the purchase. JR offered to have me complete the application online but I decided to drive back to the dealership with him to expedite the purchase. We had a great conversation on our way to Mission Viejo. I realized I chose the best sales rep for me because talking with JR was like talking to family. Once we arrived back at thr dealership, we worked out the details of the deal and he offered to buy me lunch which I accepted since I hadn't eaten anything all day. After I finished my lunch, JR introduced me to Hans from the finance department. Both of these gentlemen made the entire car buying experience extremely pleasant. I left South County Lexus with a really nice car at a price well below the Kelley Blue Book price. I left the dealership with my Camry Hybrid with no regrets and feeling like I got one heck of a deal. When I'm ready to upgrade to a Lexus, I will be purchasing my next vehicle from South County Lexus. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had.
