I emailed several dealerships in a span of 2 weeks to find the best deal for my purchase of a new vehicle. Most of them don't want to put the numbers thru email. They want to negotiate over the phone. There's nothing wrong with a phone conversation but sometimes when you have a verbal agreement with a salesman it changes when you are there in person at the dealership. So basically I only wanted to make a deal thru email. I've purchased cars before both luxury and non luxury but I haven't had this satisfying experience. The Internet sales manager Jeffrey "JR" Rawitch made it happen. He promptly responded to my questions and made majority of the negotiations thru email. And at the dealership he made us feel comfortable, is very accommodating, straightforward and friendly. I never thought that buying a car can be this easy and seamless. I rarely give feedback to a company or a person, but like you or any person reading this looking to purchase a vehicle, you want to be treated right, you want the best deal for your hard earned money.
