Roger was great! I came from out of town because I wanted a specific combination of color & features in a pre-owned CT200h. Once I arrived, he was very helpful throughout the process and was a pleasure to talk with. He made the process easy and friendly, even gave me a tour of the dealership and made me feel like I was now a member of the Lexus "club" of owners. I also liked the dealership's "No Haggle" pricing - made it much less stressful and less time consuming. The other staff I met were also great, from the finance person to the delivery specialist. In fact, Roger even picked me up from the train station when I returned the next day, because I'd had to leave my old car there when I drove home in the new one. Excellent service and would recommend Roger and South County Lexus to any prospective buyer! More

High above any other dealership I've been to First of all, I got a really good deal on the car I wanted. After finishing with finance, I was about to drive off the lot and noticed some scratches First of all, I got a really good deal on the car I wanted. After finishing with finance, I was about to drive off the lot and noticed some scratches. They agreed to take care of everything. I'm not very trusting because of my past experiences with other dealerships but it seams Lexus has come through. My car is there right now getting the scratches removed. I have a brand new loaner car. Very nice. More
