I always lease my cars so I go through this process every 2 or 3 years, but I always hate dealing with the sleazy sales men. I was here to help someone else with a car purchase, and since Joe was so easy to work with, I decided to get an IS 250 for myself. But submitting a review on this site dealerrater.com has been the worst experience ever. So far it has been more painful than buying a car. The stupid site tricked me in to loging me in to FB, then again google+ and then they asked me again to create an account. I had to try at least 10 times to submit this review. I am sure at least 50% or more of the people who come to review this page give up after a couple of tries. More
